Analitical Exposition - my English task

Plastic and Cosmetic Surgery

Introduction

Plastic surgery is the branch of surgery specialising in repairing and reconstructing missing or damaged tissue and skin, usually due to surgery, illness, injury or an abnormality present from birth. The main aim of plastic surgery is to restore the function of tissues and skin to as close to normal as possible. Improving the appearance of body parts is an important, but secondary, objective of plastic surgery. Plastic surgery uses a great range of techniques, depending on the condition being treated. There are three main groups of reconstructive methods: skin grafts - a procedure that transfers parts of healthy skin from an unaffected area of the body to replace lost or damaged skin, relying on the grafted area to keep the graft alive. Skin flap surgery - a procedure that involves the transfer of a living piece of tissue from one part of the body to another, along with the blood vessels that keep it alive; it is called flap surgery because the healthy tissue usually remains partially attached to the body while it is repositioned. Tissue expansion - a procedure that enables the body to 'grow' extra skin by stretching surrounding tissue, this extra skin can then be used to help reconstruct the nearby area. As well as these main techniques, plastic surgeons use a wide range of other methods – such as vacuum closure (where suction is applied to the wound through a sterile piece of foam to help encourage better healing), camouflage make-up or cream and prosthetic devices (for example, artificial limbs).

Benefit

Plastic surgery can be used to repair abnormalities caused by birth defects, such as a cleft lip and palate, webbed fingers and birthmarks, repair areas damaged by the removal of cancerous tissue, such as from the face or breast and repair extensive burns or other serious injuries, such as those sustained during motor vehicle accidents. Plastic surgery can also help a person recover their self-esteem and confidence following surgery for an abnormality that has existed from birth (congenital abnormality), an injury or illness.

Disadvantages

As with any type of surgery, there are risks and complications associated with plastic surgery. The degree of risk will depend on a number of factors, including whether the surgery is to a small or large area of tissue, the surgeon's level of experience and the overall health of the person having the procedure. Some procedures carry specific risks, but general risks include infection, scarring and the failure of the repaired area of skin due to a restricted blood supply.

Conclusion

I think plastic surgery is not too necessary except for big injuries repairs. With plastic surgery we can make our appeareance exactly like we want, something kinda fake. But plastic surgery wont be able to change our genetic or DNA. There are so many side effects and serious risks for doing plastic surgery. So, I think it's better not to take these kind of plastic surgery. We should be grateful for everything God has given to us.

Dolphin

Dolphin is cute, intelligent marine mammals. Dolphins are part of the family of toothed whales that includes orcas and pilot whales. They live in shallow seas and river. They're carnivores and eat fish, squid and crustaceans. Dolphins has varies coloration but generally gray with darker backs.
Dolphins do ecolocation to navigate and hunt. They listening for the echoes with high-pitched sounds. Well known for their playful behaviour, they often do spy-hope (rise vertically out of the water). Usually they'll follow ships in the ocean. Generally they will live for 35-45 years. To prevent drowning while sleeping, only half of the dolphin's brain goes to sleep while the other half remains awake so they can continue to breathe. They weight is 110 kg to 400 kg and lenght about 1.5 m to 4 m. Do you know? dolphins also can sniff out bombs and are useful for military.

The frogs and the tower

There once was a bunch of tiny frogs...
... who arranged a running competition. The goal was to reach the top of a very high tower. A big crowd had gathered around the tower to see the race and cheer on the contestants...
The race began...
Honestly, no-one in crowd really believed that the tiny frogs would reach the top of the tower. You heard statements such as:
"Oh, WAY too difficult!!"
"They will NEVER make it to the top".
"Not a chance that they will succeed. The tower is too high!"
The tiny frogs began collapsing. One by one...
... Except for those who in a fresh tempo were climbing higher and higher...
The crowd continued to yell
"It is too difficult!!! No one will make it!"
More tiny frogs got tired and gave up...
...But ONE continued higher and higher and higher...
This one wouldn't give up!
At the end, everyone else had given up climbing the tower. Except for the one tiny frog who, after a big effort, was the only one who reached the top!
THEN all of the other tiny frogs naturally wanted to know how this one frog managed to do it?
A contestant asked the tiny frog how the one who succeeded had found the strength to reach the goal?
It turned out...
That the winner was deaf.

Book's review

Ghostgirl:: Homecoming

Charlotte Usher is dead. But that doesn’t stop her best friend from seeking her help in the afterlife. Kidzworld reviews Ghostgirl: Homecoming by Tonya Hurley.
Author: Tonya Hurley

Charlotte Usher is dead. You would think this is where her story ends, but in fact, death by gummy bear was only the beginning. Since she graduated from Dead Ed, Charlotte has been an unwilling intern for a troubled teen hotline. Only she, unlike every other intern, hasn’t received a single call.Charlotte is bored out of her mind, resenting the fact that she’ll never get to grown up or get married, or even change her clothes for that matter. She spends her days chatting with Matilda, her new roommate and fellow intern, and staring at her phone, willing it to ring. One day, Charlotte’s best friend Scarlett temporarily crosses over to the afterlife (through a self-induced coma), urgently seeking Charlotte’s help: Scarlett’s sister Petula is in a coma, mere inches from death, and only Charlotte can help bring her back. But Charlotte is torn. She’s always wanted to be beautiful and popular like Petula, whose materialistic and appearance-minded attitude is the reason she fell into a coma. Should Charlotte help Scarlett resurrect her sister (even though they didn’t really care for each other in the first place), or should she use this opportunity to possess Petula’s body and become the most popular girl at Hawthorne High?Ghostgirl: Homecoming is the second novel in Tonya Hurley’s Ghostgirl series. It was a creative concept, telling the story from the perspective of people who are both alive and dead. Unfortunately, if you haven’t read the first book, Homecoming might be a little hard to follow. It mentions scenarios from the first book without properly explaining them. The references confuse the reader rather than get them caught up. So if you want to read this series, definitely start from book one.
I think this novel is good. My favorite part is when Charlotte was dead by a gummy bear. She's so different. Actually this is my first novel book that i've finished read. I've read from book one. Twisted story. Charlotte has tried everything to gain popularity like Petula but it's never worked.

National Examination in Indonesia

    National Examination in Indonesia

In Indonesia, national examination has been done for more than 30 years. National examination is actually to measure the students competences, it's like one of the ways to reach our Ministry of Education's goals. UN or national examination is given to the students of the 6th grade in elementary school, 3rd grade in junior high school, and the 3rd grade in senior high school. National examination is a mapping to know the capacity each school from each region and it is to improve the quality of education. National examination in Indonesia determines whether a student graduate or not.
But each year the national examination become worse. Especially the national examination in 2013, it was the worst. There were many problems such as the ammount of the question and answer paper that are lack or switched. It was a serious problem! It makes the students stressed and depressed. Then the national examination was delayed at that time makes them more down. Even if there wasn't any problem the students are already pressed. Can you imagine it?
It depresses the student spirit as it threatens their motivations to study better. The government too blows up the important of national examination. As the result the students try to get the highest scores with 'dirty tricks' meanwhile the process of knowledge and students honesty character is more important. UN will always be sought as something of a formality. But UN is still needed as long as it's well maintained.

Save Energy

Why must we save energy? Maybe that's the question what people would ask when they heard a word "to save energy". Energy is a power that can be used to do something or maybe many activities. Energy can be a part of a matter or not. We can get energy from sunlight, electricity, fuel or another energy sourceses. Who knows how long have people on earth been using energy  from non-renewable sources and ineed years to regeneration.

In the other side, developing technology will need more energy. Big buildings in the cities are also use a half of reserve energy that we save for the future. Moreover, the increasing number of population will cause energy crisis someday. Maybe there are many people outside who still care to think about environment and earth life. But, there are also many people who use energy without thinking first and just using it to do something useless.

We can imagine how much we spend energy in a day. Maybe, it just for listening the music non-stop, playing video games, and lighting in house that lights all day long. How many liters of gasoline that use for vehicles everyday in Indonesia? There are so many people in Indonesia who use motorcycle and car for transportation everyday. They caused more traffic jam and air pollution.

Those are the realities. So, the best answer for the question above is maybe we just need to care about our future life without lose our life today. We may use all the available resources for now, but the more important thing is we don't need to waste it all. it means, everything what we should be appropiate with the regulation about saving the energy.

We must aware about it. One little thrift, if all people do it, it becomes a big thing, doesn't it? Not only one person but sure all people start to save energy from now on. We can do it everywhere. And earth will be a comfortable and beautiful place for all.

My Adventure

Now I want to tell you about all my activities on my holiday.
Well, last week, because it was quite a long holiday (7 days) my mother asked me, 'How about we all go to Pangandaran this weekend, sya?'. Then I replied 'OK!', I was so happy that time because finally we can be together on a vacation again. I was soooo exited.

I went to Pangandaran with my family on saturday at noon so we arrived at Pangandaran at 10 PM. Even if it was already late, my cousins and I still very exited and we played around and we went to rent a bicycle. We played until midnight and we all very tired, my legs felt so heavy. We all slept soundly.
Sunday mornin', we woke up at 5 in the morning and had have a breakfast. At 5.30 AM we walked to east side of the beach to see the sunrise. Beautiful!

When the sun has getting up, my brother : Rasyid, My Cousin : Rozan, Resha, Awfa, and Herdi, an I played banana boat but actually it was a whale boat because it shaped like a whale. Next, we played at the west beach, played with the waves. It was really fun.

We went to the white sand beach with boat, what a nice wheather that day! Noisy and windy~ I wrote my initial on the sand hehe. We rested under the tree. There was also monkeys and I saw them stole foods secretly.

We came back to the rent house, took a bath aaand we all slept. The air was very hot. I always feel thirsty. I got my hand tatooed :).
We came back to Cimahi at 5.30 PM and we arrived at 1 AM.
I spent the rest of my holiday in my house at Subang. I missed the air, the atmosphere, my mother's cooking, the TV shows, the clock, everything. Reminds me of my past. Finally I can watch watch all the dramaa!! hahaha I really like korean drama, music and the variety show and The Amazing World of Gumball. Since that day I really like Akdong Musician, both of them are sibling, they can compose lyrics, a very good lyric and song, and of course they have a good voice. Their music is unique. My favorite is 'Confession of a Foreigner'. I loved them, I always  support them and wait for theirs performance. Fighting!

Friend's Biography

I want to tell you about my best friend. She's been my best friend since junior high school. Both of us have the same interest, we like everything about japanese culture, we like drawing, we like the same idols,we have the same hobby. I love her very much, because I think she's unique, cheerfull, crazy and an awesome person. Even though she's kinda boyish and crazy sometimes but she's a nice person. She's one and only Dhea. Her name is Dhea Noer Azhari but sometimes I called her 'monkey' because she also called me 'sheep'.

this is Dhea <3

I think she's so beautiful, she has cute lips, and her eyes makes me her really look like someone, like a korean. She looks like Minzy of 2NE1. When she smiles her eyes becomes more and more chinese. She's a good illustrator, she likes illustration, she has her own style on her drawing. She always want to try something new. She's a fast learner. She's a gamer. She always help me like a fairy godmother. She's noisy and stubborn, but no fun without her. She lived in Subang.

This is some of her work

                                                       my favorite one

She has a cute little sister. Her sister call her 'Kea'. I wonder why because it's so funny to hear her sister called her 'Kea,Kea!'. It was so sad when I was free and I wanted to meet play with her she had to go to school. So I just get in touch with her by chatting . Now she already have a boyfriend and I was surprised. I was surprised because her boyfriend is a college student, he's in ITB. wow. She said that her boyfriend is graduated from SMAN 3 Bandung. I'm so envy, but I'm glad she's happy. I miss her so much, I feel so lonely without her. I love some of her works, really inspiring. I always ask her to teach me, 'please teach me master~' She always make me laugh.
